Usain Bolt holds the Olympic and World Records for the 100m and 200m... while living with scoliosis.

Already 6'5", Usain Bolt is relatively tall compared to the average sprinter. However, his long gait helps him complete a race in fewer strides. 

Most people don't realize that he has also lived with scoliosis, a curvature of the spine. His spine curves to the right, and his right leg is a half-inch shorter than his left. In order to compensate for the difference, he adjusted his gait while keeping his back and core strong.
